House of Year 2017!

Registered Master Builders - House of the Year is a prestigious competition that celebrates building excellence in New Zealand. It awards the best homes and builders and the craftsmanship behind them.

On Saturday 25 November at the Sky City Convention Centre it was the Registered Master Builders House of the Year main awards evening, where the best of the best would be chosen as the New Zealand Supreme Winners.

Altus Window Systems fabricators have strong relationships with many of New Zealand's premier builders. This is evident with the number of home entries that featured Fletcher Window and Door Systems products. But none more so than the 2017 National Supreme House of the Year Build from Canterbury. The quality and detailing within the home was exceptional with no superlative too great to bestow upon this worthy winner.

2017 National Supreme House of the Year Build - All in the Detail

Simple yet striking in a contemporary exterior of concrete, aluminium and glass, this Christchurch abode speaks volumes. As does the 407sqm interior. With its free-flowing spaces and masses of floor-to-ceiling glazing, the home’s intentions are clear – to deliver easy family living and uninterrupted views. VIEW SHOWCASE
