Established in 2015, Nulook Takanini - Xsite Commercial has continued to offer excellence and value, providing a complete programme and totally integrated service from conceptual design through to installation of windows, roof glazing, shopfronts and curtain walling systems. We pride ourselves on offering design expertise along with quality workmanship and installation of aluminium joinery.

While specialising in the commercial sector, we can also provide a key offering to residential clients where architectural and commercial joinery has been specified.

The company was founded by the current Managing Director Pretesh Singh, and started as an owner/operator installation business, having experience in excess of 19 years encompassing comprehensive construction industry knowledge, contract administration, design, manufacture and installation. We retain management of all aspects of a project from the point of acceptance right through to glazing and final quality assurance checks as well as onsite health and safety.

We employ skilled personnel who work as a team to produce detailed estimates, shop drawings, fabrication and installation of commercial aluminium joinery.

We remain focused on offering highly technical design expertise, assurance of providing a quality product, efficient service and total client satisfaction.
